Terms and Conditions - Mountain Gate Center

1. Service Overview

Mountain Gate Center provides visa processing, domestic worker recruitment, and related documentation services under MOHRE guidelines. By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Payment Terms

  • Full Upfront Payment: Customers opting for full upfront payment are required to submit 24 post-dated cheques (PDCs) along with one security cheque of AED 5,500.
  • Direct Debit: Customers choosing the Direct Debit option agree that the monthly salary amount will be automatically deducted from their bank account. The required amount must be available in the account between the 27th and 29th of every month. One security cheque of AED 5,500 is mandatory.
  • Tamara Payment: Customers selecting the Tamara payment option will be charged the base service fee plus an additional AED 500 as a processing fee.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel their service at any time without penalty.
  • Payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable.
  • In cases where visa processing or employment has begun, Mountain Gate Center will handle all related legal and procedural matters, including coordination with government authorities and termination documentation.
  • The final payment serves as a fixed provision covering administrative costs, legal compliance, and risk liabilities.

4. Service Delivery & Timelines

Visa processing timelines depend on government approvals, applicant eligibility, and domestic worker status within the UAE. While Mountain Gate Center strives for timely service, delays caused by external or governmental factors are beyond our control.

5. Limitation of Liability

Mountain Gate Center is not liable for:

  • Government-related delays or rejections
  • Client-side documentation errors or incomplete submissions
  • Acts of force majeure or third-party service delays

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.

7. Modifications

Mountain Gate Center may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
